Inge Deutschkron:
We survived. Berlin Jews Underground.

Translated by Katy Derbyshire.

In this short brochure, Inge Deutschkron tells her life story, covering her childhood in Berlin under Kaiser Wilhelm, growing up during National Socialism, stigmatized as Jewish with increasing restrictions on her rights, going underground with her mother Ella to evade the threat of deportation, and their liberation at the end of the war.
The brochure is ideal for older school students, as preparation for a museum visit or for follow-up work.
