Society of Sponsors

The Förderverein Blindes Vertrauen (Society of Sponsors Blind Trust) was founded in the spring of 2000 on the initiative of Inge Deutschkron, who is now the chairwoman.

The society’s aim is to show that there were people in National Socialist Germany who were prepared to risk their lives to save others from the hands of their murderers.

It is particularly concerned with introducing children and young people to these individuals, for whom every person’s right to a life in peace and freedom remained the most important principle.

The society provides the museum with support in terms of expertise, ideas, and funding, and takes responsibility for projects such as the Stumbling Stones, publications, and interviews with contemporary witnesses.
